Membership is completely free. You just need to be over 18 years old.
How do I refer my friends?
There are several ways to refer your friends to Alwaysales. Post your personalized link on Facebook or Twitter or email it to your friends.
Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?
We love to talk!! But, we have streamlined our services so that our prices are as low as possible. We only take orders that are placed online.
Can I cancel My order?
You can cancel your order as long as the sales is still live.. If it is past that time frame, please contact us. And we will reach out to our warehouse to see if a cancellation is still possible.
Can I combine orders from two concurrent events into one shopping cart?
Yes, we will combine them in to the one purchase. However, if you are placing an order from each sale within one purchase and shipping will be charged for each of these orders.
When will I Receive My Order?
Our supplier will send out all orders after sales event is complete. It may take 2-4 weeks (from the end of the sales event) to receive your order.
How do I return an item?

Do You Ship Internationally?
We don't currently offer International shipping. If you order from overseas , you order would be cancelled and 20% restocking fee would be applied.

How long are the sales offers last on Alwaysales?
Sales offers normally last 4-5 days as long as the products is still available. It is always good to get in early.
